Below are the questions we always receive from our customers so here are the answers!
Q: Sizes?
A: The sizes are Asian sizes and are much more smaller compared to western sizes so we will recommend you to get one or two sizes bigger just to be safe! 
(T-shirts or sweaters are recommended to get one size larger meanwhile hoodies are recommended to get two sizes larger!
Q: Shipping?
A: Shipping time ranges from 10 days to 40 days depending on where you live! (If you have not received your order after 40 days please email us and we'll help you)
Q: Are the measurements accurate?
A: The measurements are just estimated so please don't depend entirely on the measurements and choose the correct size for you.
Q: Returns and refunds?
A: You can only return defect or wrong items sent by us, due to unfit sizes and colours are STRICTLY not allowed. Refund applies to this as well.
Q: What is the special free gift?
A: If you spend $50 or more on our store you will receive a special free gift! All customers will receive a special gift just for them only depending on the idols or dramas they like! Name your bias or favourite actor in the notes section on the order page if you want!
Q: Can I reserve a fansign slot?
A: If there's a fansign slot that you want in the future you can pre-book it first and we'll let you know when it's available! Contact us!
Q: What if there's a piece of clothing wore by an idol that I'm interested in but it's not on the store?
A: E-mail us and we'll help you find it.
Q: What are the payment methods?
A: We support PayPal and Credit Cards/Debit cards. 

 
 Q: When does the store update the products?
A: We update in two or three days so be sure to always check back for new items! 
Q: Where are your items from?
A: Most of the time it's from Korea and China!
Q: If I haven't received the item after the 40 days period, what should I do?
A: Contact us at idolsfashionshop@gmail.com! 
Q: Are we able to cancel or change the order after ordering?
A: You can only do that within 2 hours after placing the order. After that we will not accept any cancellation or requests.
Q: I want to know where my package is?
A: Email us and we'll provide you with the tracking number! 
Q: How do I know if your website is not a scam?
A: We are Kpop and K-drama fans ourselves so we only want the best for our customers as well. You can also check out reviews and pictures sent in by our customers on our website!
Q: Do you have a storefront?
A: Currently we only operate online. We ship worldwide.
