REQUIREMENTS 

1) Must be around comeback period.

2) You can ask a question on a sticky note (depends) and get them to sign your name.

3) You need to buy a few albums. 

4) Most of the time you will only get ONE page (teared) signed by your choice of idol and the sticky note.
